| * The spa is an adult environment of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all of our guests' rights to privacy and quiet by understanding guests must be 12 years of age or older to receive treatments (except with prior arrangement of the management). Unfortunately at this time, V Spa does not have the appropriate facilities or Staff to accommodate children or babies accompanying any guests. |
| * Please turn off pagers and cell phones when entering the spa. |
| * Upon arrival you will be given sandals, also a sarong and robe if appropriate. A locker with key will be provided. We recommend that you leave your valuables and jewellery at home. V Spa is not liable for any lost or stolen articles. |
| * In appreciation to the staff for an outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Envelopes are provided at reception. |
| * To maximize your spa experience please communicate with your therapist any of your needs or concerns. Therapists drape towels or sheets to protect your privacy at all times during treatments. Only areas that are being worked on are undraped. Undress to your own level of comfort. |
| * Spa lunches are available. Please call to make your choice at least 24 hours in advance of your treatment. Payable on the day of appointment. Appropriate packages include a Spa lunch or light refreshment. |
| * Insurance receipts are only available for massage performed by Registered Massage Therapists. Please ask for a receipt at the time of the massage, and are not available for treatments paid by gift certificate. |
| * Please book group appointments 4 to 6 weeks in advance to ensure your full choice of treatments. A 50% deposit is required by credit card at the time of the reservation. One week before the group booking, the appointments will be confirmed. From this time any cancellations or changes will be subject to charges. |
| * Our V Spa boutique offers luxurious spa accessories and healing products. |
| * V Spa offers Gift Certificates for a dollar value of your choice. Certificates can be ordered by phone, email or in person. |
V Spa Gift Card Policy
Our Gift Cards represent a pre-payment for goods and services and must be presented at time of redemption.
The value on the card cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
V Spa Gift Cards are NOT redeemable for cash and not valid toward the purchase of another gift card.
V Spa Gift Cards may be redeemed for Registered Massage Therapy treatments, however, with accordance to The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (Ontario license legislation) receipts for insurance purposes will only be issued with “Gift Card Redeemed”–no dollar amount may be given.
V Spa cannot guarantee a 100% availability of all its treatments and services. |
